Paper crafts have been popular for some time. Most children begin to make crafts in the school paper. Teachers usually start the child with very simple work projects prepared. This usually involves giving the child a choice of color and different shapes of construction paper to work. Most teachers tend to give the ideas of several children to start, but each child is encouraged to show their creativity in their project development.

This type of arts and crafts can also be very challenging for adults. Some use the material for making paper decorations, putting them in a gift basket or use as wrapping paper. While others use them for a favorite American pastime called scrap booking.

Creating a memory book can be fun if you let your imagination! This way of making paper is very easy to do because you do not have to follow a particular pattern. The main idea to keep a scrapbook is to keep a diary of your life or the things you like and present it in the arts and the traditional way. The other idea is to show their feelings, thoughts and emotions without writing a single word of text, but only with paper and paper images.
